<p>If you have read anywhere about nearly starving yourself to lose weight then you need to forget this immediatly. You are far more likely to run into health issues than <strong>lose weight</strong>, and in fact your body will put itself into starvation mode, storing the food as fat where possible.</p>
<p>Fad diets like weightwatchers, atkins, slimming world all promote this to some extent, and in fact atkins is even worse &#8211; most people that go on it experience constipation or diarhea, both of which are signs that something in your diet is wrong. These are not <strong><a title="healthy weight loss" href="http://www.healthyweightlosshq.com/report.html">healthy ways to lose weight</a></strong> and you should avoid them.</p>
<p>Instead, focus on your own diet and how to improve it. What can you do to remove some of the fatty or high calorie items in your diet with a fresh portion of vegetables instead? or if you eat biscuits and sweets as snack, swap it out for some fruit.</p>
<p>You can even look at micromanaging your calories. If, say, a tin of beans contains 250 calories, next time you go to buy one, look at the other brands. I bet you will find another tin that has 10-20 calories LESS for the same amount, and you might even save a few bucks too. This may not sound like much but i promised you small changes to help you with <strong><a title="healthy weight loss" href="http://www.healthyweightlosshq.com">healthy weight los</a></strong><strong><a title="healthy weight loss" href="http://www.healthyweightlosshq.com">s</a></strong> and every little bit counts.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Sensible Weight Loss</strong> is probably something most of us have been looked into, only to find a barrage of fad diets being thrown around left, right and centre. The thing is so, there ARE some good sources of information that will soon have you <span style="color:#ff6600;"><strong>losing weight healthily</strong></span>, some which are free and others you may have to pay for.</p>
<p>However, you should start by asking yourself how serious you are about dropping a few pounds. If you are the type of person that wants it &#8211; but doesnt want to work at it, or if you are likely to quit through boredome of lack of will power, then i will be honest with you straight from the word go &#8211; you will fail.</p>
<p>I often hear people on the bus complaining about their weight but then going on to say that they are too busy to get any exercise done. If they actually got on a bike instead of the bus they would already be doing some, so there is always room to change your lifestyle to fit in some activities, but only if you are serious about <strong><a title="healthy weight loss" href="http://www.healthyweightlosshq.com">healthy weight loss</a></strong>.</p>
<p>I talked briefly about calories and small changes to your food on my last post and the next one will be focussed on this. The key of course is <a title="eating a balanced meal" href="http://healthyweightloss101.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&amp;post=11">eating a balanced meal</a>. However, in the meantime, write a list of what you do every day and see if you can fit in 30 minutes of exercise. Heres a few suggestions to get you started.</p>
<ul>
<li>walking to work</li>
<li>cycling to work</li>
<li>cycling to the local shops</li>
<li>walking to the local shops</li>
<li>swimming</li>
<li>walking your kids to school</li>
<li>aerobics at home</li>
</ul>
<p>See? You dont even need to spend any money doing this? <strong>Losing weight healthily </strong>doesnt need to be about gyms and not eating &#8211; in fact, you are more likely to not lose weight instead.</p>

<p>Some might say this is a bold claim. However, having lost nearly 9 stones and not having to use any silly diets I am confident that with a few alternations here and there, you can also be <strong>losing weight quickly but healthily</strong>. Im not going to guarantee you will lose the same amount of weight &#8211; far from it. I dont even know what your lifestyle if like at the moment. You could be a top athlete for all i know! But then i&#8217;d have to ask why you are looking to <em><a title="lose weight guide" href="http://www.healthyweightlosshq.com/report.html">lose weight</a></em> in the first place, something doesnt quite add up to me.</p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>Healthy weight loss </strong><span style="color:#000000;">isnt about denying yourself from your favourite foods. While you may have to make a few sacrifices, there&#8217;s no reason why you should have to stop going out and become a hermit either. With a few small changes to your dinner, or lunch, you can save enough calories to burn off excess fat as you go. While it may not be a quick proces, most experts recommend that you lose 1-2 pounds per week anyway, so there is no quick fix. By doing it this way though you are more likely to <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>lose weight permanently</strong></span>.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;"><span style="color:#000000;">Finally, if you dont beleive me, I urge you to try just a few things listed here and see if you feel any differently in 2 weeks time. I know i did &#8211; and i also never looked back!</span></span></p>
